Today at lunch I was sent on a mission, 2 packs of 6pk Sainsburys Saussage Rolls and a packet of 20 Lambert & Butlers (in the silver packet).  Obviously a healthy diet to be had by all.

Seeing as I do not smoke I don’t usually get that “HOW DARE YOU” look, but I must say buying fags for the first time (legally - don’t ask) isn’t exactly what I need at mid day on a friday.  Sainsburys ladies can be such judgemental bitches.

I also nearly went spazzy at one of the co-workers as well for a job well fucked up.

One will find that I’ve made a few subtile changes to Кевин.com.ua.  First one is that it’s now free of gluten and only has enough fat to kill a small child rather than a grown elephant.  For this you should rejoyce.

Secondly, I have changed the inner workings.  All non-human enabled posts will be handled by their respective user account.  So Кевин posts as I please, Кевин (ShoZu) is shozu and only posts photos, videos, etc (to the Фото, ShoZu and if desired the Видео tags), Кевин (SMS) is the SMS Posts and Кевин (Gabcast) is Gabcast.

Of course if you read this off of LJ this won’t make one ounce of sense or actually matter.  For you lot can kut yourselves.

In future I’ll make some kind of attempt to make a filter on the main menu for specific “user” posts, but at that point hell might freeze over and the king will have risen from the dead reclaiming the monarchy.

Oh and Twitter Tools will continue to post as a null user.

Seriously, this rather, erm, happy chap called me this evening on a non-us telephone line, all I can do is bash keys and input data for these people.  But in this instance I felt I had to intervene.  This chap was quite obviously a bit merry (I say a bit) and thankfully I got him to shut his mouth by minute 5 so I could just end my torment.  My notes to the insurer:

Please contact this driver about the mentioned reference, he’s saying he is claiming liability and would like to add … I’m just typing in notes ***SO PLEASE CLARIFY THIS WITH HIM WHEN YOU CALL***.

Mind you I managed to side step a bit that parts where he admited giving false information to them, but they’re more than welcome to CLARIFY THAT WITH HIM WHEN THE CALL.  Jesus Christ.

I hate the subconcious mind, it finds the need to tell you shit in your dreams that you haven’t noticed yet.  Like for example, if you need to wee when you’re asleep you spend the entire dream in a toilet having a waz (rather unfulfilling dream that is) or even more annoyingly it blurts out that you unknowingly find somebody extremely attractive, then all next day the only bloody thing you can do is think about it and how logical it actually is.  Odd thing this human brain.

More reason to trade it in for a SUPER ROBOT BRAIN that’ll show you grey fleshy jelly object!

Also, everybody around me at work is horrendiously ill, I’m bound to catch they hybrid infection their germs have collectively been plotting.  Tasty.

Sometimes I like our callers, most of the time I tolerate them, the rest of the time I don’t take any prisoners.  Today casualities included: threating a young (like 5 years old) child with legal action and police intervention, laying down the law to a woman with the sense of mince beef and the combined mental power of a banana and advising somebody to get off their ass and look with their eyes at the BIG WHITE THING WITH NUMBERS AND LETTERS ON IT at the front of the van (in a less sackable, yet stern way).

Other wounded included a couple of collegues and a trainee.  Don’t get me wrong, as a trainee you’re expected to make mistakes, that’s the point.  But don’t make COMMON SENSE MISTAKES, for that you fail at humanity.  Has the client said we can piss £100 of their money down the pan?  No!  Then why have you put bollocks in the notes and removed any kind of review on the job?  I understand this wasn’t *your* mistake when it was booked orignally, but it became yours when it wasn’t resolved.  Instead I get an easy call (simple hold and transfer) turn in to a 20 minute ordeal as I try and stop it before it starts going tits up.  Not cool.

This is why I need to stop looking at previous notes when I first go in to a job, I can live without the previous history if it means I’m not otherwise engaged all day cleaning up various messes, but then it’ll just mean I’m rubbish at what I do, but at least I’ll start hitting targets again.

Also, I’m still trying to get my pervy call in to a usable sound file so I can play it to my selected friend people who don’t believe my luck at full on anal sex with a chap for £15, that’s £10 off the average crack whore rate according to BBC Two.

Again i post to my glorious blog from the work toilets, but thankfully it’s because my phone went flat at lunch so i couldn’t post my trademarked tirades for you my minions.

So far today i’ve still got a whole lot of work to do, but the problem is i’m unsure if i can fit it all in (you won’t hear me it that often) so i’ve been blitzing my work as much as i can but whatever.

I’ve also decided i’m going to get an email posting gateway to work, it needs to be done as i can’t be running in and out of here or doing double type as i work. So see you my precious minions later!
